A. Once you accept a registered bidding vendor from your posted auction, you are not obligated to continue with that particular vendor. In fact, Bidrealm.NET Inc. encourages our registered homeowners to weigh their options. One of the main purposes of our site is to give homeowners choices in choosing quality professionals. We do not expect you to stick with a vendor if an unacceptable experience is occurring. Though we would expect for funds up to that point in the project to be paid considering that the work is acceptable. Remember, we suggest that you do not pay vendors in full under any circumstance. Always pay in installments as the work is completed. This is for the safety of all our members. We recommend you utilize the site to request and check vendor's references, view their certifications, weigh the projected cost and experience of the vendor, as well as time frame for work to be completed. You can post your comments online about your experience with a particular vendor or homeowner. We take our members experience very seriously and welcome your comments and suggestions.

Q 8. How do I post an auction?

A. To post an auction, you would first click on the "Homeowners" button on our homepage and register for free. During your registration, fill out the information and once complete, you will receive a confirmation via email welcoming you to the site, along with your username and password. Once you can then log in to our site as a registered member, you are now ready to post. When posting a project, we encourage our members to gather and post as much information about the project as possible, including requested time frame, suggested cost, types a materials to be used, dimensions, and any other pertinent info concerning the project. The more info you provide the more accurate of a bid you will receive. Once you finish your posting and receive bids, you can then research your bids thoroughly and award the project to your favorite bidder. We recommend that for every bid, you look for the vendor with experience in your projected field has posted documentation including licenses and references, and that you overall feel the most comfortable with. If the bidder has not posted this information, we strongly suggest that you ask for it via the Private Message Board. You can also view testimonial comments about our registered vendors and the work they have done through our site.

Bidrealm.NET is facilitating a secure and reliable networking experience the starts with attracting professional and experienced vendors while demanding honesty and upfront information from all registered members. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation via email welcoming you to the network, along with your username and password. Once you have this information you can now login and bid. You can communicate with homeowners via the Private Message Board, and if your bid is accepted, you can then negotiate the terms further and get started.

Q 10. How do I place or accept payment? Does Bidrealm.NET facilitate payment transfer?

A. Payment acceptance is completely up to the registered members involved in the transaction. Bidrealm.NET does not facilitate payment. We have chosen not to facilitate payments due to the nature of the construction and real estate industry. During these types of transactions, vendors should honestly never be paid up front, but rather in installments as the work is completed. We highly recommend to our registered homeowners to make payments installments as the work progresses, as well as in person and via check to give themselves a paper trail on all monetary transactions.
