-Lorenzo graduated from Strayer University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 2007, and is currently working on his MBA in Finance. He has accumulated over 8 years of valuable experience in sales, management and banking, and is currently using his career experience working for "Fortune 500" companies including Circuit City Stores Inc, Best Buy Inc, Sprint Inc, as well as SunTrust Banks and the North Carolina State Employees Credit Union, to make his team's vision an online success. This vision came about in a class "business plan" assignment during Mr. Dickerson's undergraduate studies. The plan was then further developed, and now the company is determined to grow into the industry leader in online searches for contracting and other home related work. Mr. Dickerson manages all business activities first hand, and focuses his efforts on becoming the best in the industry through providing members with the best possible online experience.

-Travis has gathered years of experience in hospitality with Marriott International as well as engineering with Pepco Electric of Washington, DC, as he works toward his Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Capital College. Mr. White keeps Bidrealm.NET innovative with new ideas, and concentrates his efforts on building the Bidrealm brand through marketing and consistent networking efforts. The concept for the R.E.A.L.M derived from Mr. White’s experience in flipping homes in the Baltimore, Maryland area while continually searching for reputable contractors to complete jobs. Travis is the company’s “man about town”, focusing on continually building the company name and making the industry and public aware of our presence and how we benefit our online members.
